About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Data and Analytics to lead a range of data-related functions with a focus on healthcare data. The successful candidate will be responsible for data management, data quality, data strategy, data governance, analytics, business intelligence, and reporting. This role is pivotal in defining and prioritizing the data and reporting roadmap, ensuring the delivery of meaningful intelligence to customers, and meeting key reporting and analytics requirements. The VP will also partner with senior executives to identify insights and data products that inform clinical programs and enhance the company's healthcare offerings. To be successful in this role at the company, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of analytics work experience, with at least 5 years specifically in healthcare data. Additionally, 5 years of people management experience is required to mentor and develop a team of analysts. The role demands a leader who can drive data strategy, governance, and implementation, and who is adept at working with healthcare claims data. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for representing the company in client and broker interactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering across teams, the ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholders, and experience in complex data security environments.
