Be the expert: Ensure efficient software development lifecycle (SDLC) with best practices and on-call support.
We're looking for someone who: Holds a B.S./M.S. in a relevant field (CS, Bioinformatics, etc.) with 7+ years of experience. (Will consider fewer years of overall experience with the right background)
Codes like a champion: Unix, Python, and distributed computing are your playground.
Bioinformatics guru: You have a proven track record of developing, automating, and maintaining sequencing bioinformatics pipelines.
Software Rockstar: You champion best practices (version control, release management, testing) and CI/CD.
