Job Overview:
MRP is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our fast paced inside sales team based in Park City, Utah. In this role you will work to engage with net new customers through prospecting calls and inbound leads as well as manage your existing clients within your designated territory. During your time at Powered by MRP you will identify products that are the best fit for current and future customers. You will sharpen your understanding of the aesthetics industry, master communication skills and conquer the opportunity to disrupt an outdated industry.
Role and responsibilities:
Become a trusted advisor and sell our aesthetic medical devices and lasers to aesthetic professionals, clinics, and medical spas
Engage with prospects at all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, inbound lead follow-up and post-sale support
Work cross functionally with MRP Sales support team
Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our products
Qualifications:
Sales experience ranges from 1-15 years, preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare industry
Successful track record of achieving assigned sales targets
Ability to learn and understand clinical solutions with excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to negotiate with customers in order to get deals across the line
Ability to contribute to a positive in-office culture and comfortable making phone calls surrounded by colleagues
Experience being fully compliant using CRM tools
