Partner with other Principal Architects and Developers within Tech Ops and across the enterprise on domain-specific topics, including data replication, messaging, integration technologies, DevOps, services, UI/mobile, and others.

Coach junior team members, including supporting their technical and professional development

Provide sound technical decision-making and guidance to deliver sustainable, high-quality products.

Be a trusted leader with vision with business partners to create impactful products that delight your customers.

Support product evaluation efforts by analyzing, evaluating, and leading proofs-of-concept to support overall program decision making

Understand current-state architecture across the Tech Ops ecosystem

Define the future-state architecture post-MRO implementation

Define migration strategies, including bridging solutions and temporary integrations to support phased product implementation

Develop, implement, and monitor effective long-range and tactical plans as needed in each phase of the project, including road-mapping, release planning, sprint planning and other plans as needed

Support estimation of project costs through all phases of the project including analysis, development, integration, testing, deployment

Engage with technical collaborators to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, architecture best practices, and key integrations

Engage with application teams to understand technical landscape, integrations, and dependencies.
