What You'll do:
Contribute to the overall growth of the UiPath business practice
Lead customers in identifying, vetting, and quantifying high-value opportunities for automation
Educate customers on UiPath platform technology and clearly describe what’s possible during business process discussions
Provide RPA development teams with detailed “as is” and “to be” process documentation
Work closely with RPA developers to ensure the delivery of stable, high-value automation solution
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance
Local to DC Metro area
Experience with Federal RPA implementations
2+ years of experience
Experience providing in-depth business analysis and creating documentation associated with business processes
Experience with UiPath PDD creation
Ability to communicate the capabilities of the full range of UiPath Platform products, including Automation Cloud/Suite, AI Center, Document Understanding, Processes Mining, and Communications Mining
Minimum of a BA/BS Degree
Preferred Skills:
UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Associate
Experience with the full range of UiPath Platform products
Skills:
Robotic Process Automation, UiPath (Platform)
Certification:
RPA Associate (UiRPA) - Preffered - UiPath

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$94,714.00 - $133,735.00
