ABI's endeavors encompass the creation of 33 miles of trails, new parks, streetscape enhancements, vibrant public art installations, culturalevents, and the generation of over 50,000 employment opportunities and 5,600 affordable housing units inadjacentBeltLineneighborhoods. ABI is dedicated to championing equity and inclusivity both within its organizational framework and across the project's entirety.
This position reports to the Vice President of Communications andMedia Relations andcollaborates closely with fellow communication team members. The role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator entails providing support for marketing and communication endeavors within the organization. Responsibilities encompass managing and orchestrating the production process of creative projects, overseeing signage on the trail, coordinating campaigns and events, aiding in content creation and dissemination across ABI’s owned communication channels, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

PositionResponsibilities:
Creative Production Coordinator Assistin planning and executing creative projects from concept to completion.
Develop and uphold project timelines, ensuring adherence to milestones and deadlines.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors tofacilitateseamless project progression.
Ensure all outputs are evaluated through a lens of equity and inclusion.
Manage the organization's digital asset management tool.
Signage Coordinator Aid in overseeing allfacetsof signage production.
Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Schedule signage placement and removal through ABI's courier service provider.
Review imagery for accuracy and share with relevant departments.
Track and manage invoices, attributing them correctly to ordering departments.
Conduct periodic inspections of signage along theBeltLinecorridor tooptimizeuser experience.
Content Creation and Management Develop,edit, and curatecontent fordiversemarketing materials, includingpresentation decks,blog posts, website content, email newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
Develop, edit, and curate content for diverse marketing materials.
Ensure alignment of all content with brand voice and messaging.
Contribute to website updates and distribution of e-newsletters.
Conduct market research toidentifytrends and consumer preferences.
Eventand TourCoordination Assistin planning and executingmedia events, tours,andother ABIrelatedevents.
Coordinatelogistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensureseamlesseventexecution.
Administrative Support Provide administrative support to thecommunicationsteam, including scheduling meetingsfor the Vice President, organizing files,updatingbudgetsand managing communications.
Maintaincommunicationdatabases and contact lists.
Overseecontracts and invoices for the department.
Promote the Vision, Mission and Core Values of ABI while fostering a collegial work environment.
PositionRequirements:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR,journalism,or a related field isrequired.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices.
