Marketing Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with expertise in digital marketing to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing roles and be able to attract top talent to join our clients. This role will involve developing and executing effective recruiting strategies while leveraging digital marketing skills to enhance our employer brand and attract high-quality candidates for our clients, as well as internally.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications for different roles
Create engaging and detailed job descriptions and postings for various levels of positions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, and industry professionals.
Stay current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques in digital marketing.
Digital Marketing:
Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance the companys employer brand and attract talent.
Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
Develop content (blogs, videos, posts) that highlights the company culture, employee stories, and job opportunities.
Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns using metrics and data, and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in recruiting either at 3rd party agency or as in house recruiter
Strong understanding of digital marketing industry trends.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent using various recruitment methods.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Analytics, social media advertising).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
In Office in Pasadena CA, hybrid negotiable after 1-3 months.
