We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast paced and data driven environment.
Project Manager, Integrity Operations Responsibilities:
Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Facebook's community support processes, products and policies
Help review and implement content policies that take into consideration the needs of a global community
Work with cross-functional partners to assess support requirements for new product launches
Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements to develop scalable solutions
Manage global and cross-functional projects to improve user experience while partnering with teams such as: Policy, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Operations and External Vendors
Drive strategy for execution, planning, measuring progress and sharing results
Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
Experience resolving, communicating, and presenting issues & insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated experience problem-solving with strategic execution and experience influencing and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Analytically driven with the experience understanding nuances and patterns within large data sets
Bachelors or Advanced degree
Ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SQL and data visualization
Experience working with global teams and diverse communities
Experience managing vendor relationships
