NewLane Finance is seeking a Data Analyst to perform a wide variety of data-driven tasks. In this role the individual will also use data analytics, models and reporting to help advance management’s ability to improve operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Define, create and deploy reports models and self-service dashboards to effectively measure and evaluate customer and operations performance metrics.
Working with the Data Ops develop domain knowledge on the Company’s data governance environment.
Work closely with management on key performance areas and the compilation of data, model build and analysis.
Work closely with management and make recommendations based on objective, interpretative analysis of business data.
Technical Knowledge:
Experience with scripting language, preferably python or R
Knowledge of Tableau
Qualifications:
2–3-year experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Scripting in Python or R
Excellent organization skills able to multiple tasks and make sure work output is delivered on-time and accurate.
Effective verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with all levels and business units of the organization.
Strong interpretive and analytical skills.
Education And Experience
Required:
Three to Five years of experience in business intelligence/marketing analytics role
Bachelor’s degree in business data Analytics or similar field.
Advanced education or certifications are a plus.
