RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive financial analyses, summaries, and reports to track and support our operational progress.

Oversee cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting to guide our financial strategy and staffing needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles and 5 + years of leadership experience.
Current experience working for an apparel company.
Proven ability to establish strong internal financial and operational processes.
Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Proven track record of delivering consistent and impactful results.
Capability to lead and inspire a high-performing finance and accounting team.
