Summary:
We are seeking a Creative Manager with extensive agency experience to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing internal creative teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional work that meets client expectations across a range of projects. Your role will involve fostering a positive and collaborative relationship within the company and with clients, driving concept development, and supporting the Account Director in leading the account effectively. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that creative strategies align with clients' marketing and business objectives, while also actively contributing to expanding their thinking through strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal creative teams to meet the client's expectations across various projects and drive concepting and build a positive and collaborative relationship with teams within the company and with clients
Support the Account Director in organizing and leading the account
Ensure the direction and ideas being pursued by strategic planning support the clients overall marketing/business objectives
Work with accounts on strategic planning to expand clients thinking
Work with accounts to develop presentations to sell in creative and join client meeting for briefings, concepting, and presenting creative
Oversee creative development and shepherd projects through daily details and prepare for client presentation
Partner with the Accounts and Brand Design team to strategize the presentation and sell-in of campaigns
Work with Account management on advertising/campaign concepts, work with production departments in the general areas of schedule, bidding, estimate preparation and approval, pre and post production
Work with the Media & Account supervisor on review of media buy and strategy
Review budget and work with Account Service on creative rotation on set tactics
Review of all creative for Media buys, SEO terms, and copy development
Qualifications Degree or Diploma in marketing, Advertising or Communications (PMP a plus)
Proven experience of 5 years in managing internal creative teams within an advertising agency or related industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, creative processes, and client relationship management.
10+ years of experience supporting Account Services & Creative teams on Mass Media and Multicultural Clients
Proven experience on brand development and research
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google apps. PC and Mac
Proficient in Adobe Suite
Experience with transcreation process
Working knowledge of print production, video production, and web development
