+ Have two plus years of manufacturing experience
+ Practice a high level of professionalism and customer care
+ Enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving
+ Possess strong communication ability both on the phone and through email
+ Have a desire to learn about our various product lines
+ Work effectively and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
+ Provide excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Requirements:
+ Two years of experience communicating with customers/clients via phone and email in a manufacturing environment
+ Skilled in use of Microsoft Word and Excel and possess ability to type at a speed of not less than 40 words per minute
+ Two plus years of ERP, CRM, or CPQ systems experience, including BOMS and routings
+ Ability to work on-site as a full-time employee, 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday
