We are rapidly growing and are looking to add a customer-centric, technical professional to deliver world class customer experiences. As part of the Professional Services team, you will work directly with customers in concert with our Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Product organizations to help customers use Stardog to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary technical resource for new and existing customers providing hands-on support and know-how, while moving the engagement forward from implementation to production
Provide expertise to sales and pre-sales engineers to scope, design and support technical evaluations.
Build reusable artifacts including demos, visualizations, and other tooling. This may include data science notebooks, example queries, spark jobs, Kubernetes configurations and ontologies.
Support cloud-based implementations on Amazon, Azure and Google Private Cloud.
Requirements
Strong communications skills with a demonstrated ability to clearly define and explain complex processes, work positively with customers at various skill levels and take responsibility for delivery and follow-up are a must
Minimum of 3 years experience working with data operations for enterprises, especially supporting RDF, ETL (Nifi), SQL (DB2, Oracle, etc.) and/or Databricks is required
Some technical proficiency and/or certifications for cloud hosting environments is required
Strongly Preferred Skills/Experience Experience in enterprise data architecture and/or data modeling for large enterprises
Programming proficiency in Java and/or Python
Familiarity with machine learning or Generative AI is highly desirable
$110,000 - $140,000 a year
