Managing Director - Actuarial AdvisoryAon's Strategy and Technology Group (STG) is seeking Managing Director to join their leadership team and help accelerate the development of their actuarial advisory business in North America's insurance and reinsurance industries. In addition, we will provide privileged access to Aon's proprietary data and global network of industry influencers to deliver compelling insights to drive clients' competitive advantage.What will your day look like?The role will include accountability for new business and developing solid relationships with our client's C-Suite executives. It will also require developing collaborative relationships with the leadership of Aon's business practices to support Aon United.Skills and experience that will lead to successLead sophisticated sales initiatives for various actuarial advisory services to clients and project teams who make a difference for our clients.Previous experience growing the revenue base for an actuarial practice in North America and partnering with C-Suite, actuarial, finance, and risk management executives Build an impactful team, champion professional development, and cultivate talentBe an ambassador of Aon United by identifying what is relevant to Aon and creating processes to enhance opportunitiesSpecific Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities15 years of proven experience across core P&C actuarial work areas (reserving, pricing, capital modeling, etc.)Experience at top tier consulting firm focussing on insurer and reinsurer clients, ideally with expertise handling P&L. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition, the salary may be adjusted based on geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus.
