Responsibilities:
Lead diverse land development projects in commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-use, and residential sectors.
Assist the Civil Group Leader in design and project management.
Supervise a team of engineers and CAD Designers.
Execute technical planning and design tasks for land and site development.
Prepare construction plans for regulatory review.
Manage land development and environmental permitting.
Participate in meetings with stakeholders.
Mentor junior staff.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
7+ years of land development experience, preferably in Delaware with DelDOT experience.
Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
Delaware Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required; Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey licenses preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred.
Familiarity with HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling software.
Knowledge of ArcGIS software is advantageous.
