Job Responsibilities:
Liaison between the customers and technicians
Constant communication with customer over the phone & in person
Constant communication with technicians to ensure proper services.
Vehicle parts and service knowledge
Opening repair orders and invoicing…closing repair orders and taking payments
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate willhave 2 years service advisor/writerexperience in an automotive dealership.
Computer and organizational skills
Invoicing and vehicle knowledge
CDK Experience strongly preferred
Experience with fleets a PLUS
Dealership experience a PLUS
Bi-Lingual in Spanish a PLUS
