A day in the life.

As our Senior Communications Specialist on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll be responsible for all facets of client and prospective client communication to include but not limited to video, benefit guides, power points and other open enrollment and client onboarding communication projects. Working collaboratively with the Account Management team, you'll provide results consistent with quality and timeline expectations. You will have the opporuntity to work with Marketing Product Managers, Employee Benefits to deploy national and regional communication and marketing programs for the local market. This role will require candidates to have exceptional time management and organization skills and posses clear and effective communication, both oral and written.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Minimum of two years benefits, insurance, underwriting or a combination of experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

High level proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Pervious experience, knowledge or coursework in benefits, insurance, underwriting or combination of experience preferred.

Experience with Canva (web based) and Adobe InDesign
