That's what makes us Rightpoint! Introduction As a Data Engineer, you'll be taking the lead in designing and maintaining complex data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, a strong understanding of data architecture principles, and a passion for building scalable, efficient, and robust data systems. Your experience will be instrumental in optimizing data processes, ensuring data quality, and driving data-driven decision-making within the organization. *Please note that this role may require working in a Hybrid capacity. Going into the clients office 2-3 days per week* What you’ll be doing and the Impact You’ll Make: Ensuring data quality and integrity through data validation, cleansing, and error handling.

Collaborating with data analysts, data architects, and software engineers to understand data requirements and deliver relevant data sets (e.g., for business intelligence).

Implementing data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information.

Automating and improving data processes and workflows for scalability and efficiency.

Monitoring data infrastructure for performance and reliability to address issues promptly.

Implement and maintain ETL processes to collect, process, and store data.

Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering.

What we’d love to see: Develop/Maintain programs in SSIS/ Spark/ SQL Stored Procedures as part of ELT/ETL pipelines.

Experience with BI Tools like Tableau.

Proficient in writing SQL queries and data analysis.

Knowledge of relational database management systems like SQL Server/Snowflake.

Experience in programming languages like Java/Scala.
