We’re partnering with a growing organization to hire a hands‑on IT Engineer supporting both office operations and remote field environments.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day; blending help desk support, systems administration, and network engineering while working in a dynamic setting that includes both onshore and offshore environments.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping systems and connectivity running smoothly across multiple locations, including remote sites. You’ll work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain infrastructure, and support critical operations.

This position offers a hybrid schedule after onboarding:

2 weeks remote (Minimal travel required during remote weeks)

You’ll also participate in a rotating after‑hours on‑call schedule.

What You’ll Do

Network Infrastructure

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware (managed switches, VLANs, wireless access points)

Support connectivity across multiple locations and remote environments

Assist with physical network setup, including cabling and equipment installation

Systems Administration

Perform basic Windows Server and VMware tasks

Monitor overall system and network performance

IT Support

Provide hands‑on technical support to end users across various environments

Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and system issues

Coordinate urgent hardware replacements and deployments

Assist with physical IT tasks including equipment transport and setup

Requirements

3–5 years of hands‑on IT experience (help desk + networking)

Strong troubleshooting skills — ability to think logically and solve problems is key

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)

Experience with Microsoft 365

Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, ownership‑driven approach

Comfortable working in non‑traditional environments, including occasional travel and fieldwork

Nice to Have

Experience with access control systems

Experience with video surveillance systems
