In this role, you will give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and ensure customer and client satisfactionMonitor volume of workMonitor all job cycle activity and profitability in DASHDevelop departmental budgets for General Manager or Owner approvalAssist in finding and vetting subcontractorsPerform QA checks in the field for employees and subcontractorsManage all aspects of construction divisionManage daily operations of construction teamValidate potential construction leadsAssign leads/projects to project managers and superintendentsEnsure construction team follows proper work processReview and evaluate estimates created by construction project managersPerform tasks within the project management process to assist the construction team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.)Assist construction managers with budgeting and biddingConduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with construction teamEnsure two-way communication with the mitigation divisionManage individual team members who work together to process construction projectsTrain construction team membersConduct periodic performance reviews with individual construction team membersEnsure employee compliance with all Company policiesReview and validate subcontractor invoicesBe familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator, Construction Superintendent, and Construction Project ManagerPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredPrevious construction management experienceExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to meet established production goals and maintain profitabilityEffective written and oral communicationSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesWalking and/or standing throughout the dayFrequent driving and sittingOccasionally climbing laddersOccasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heatThe noise level at individual jobsites can be loudCompensationBase salary of $100,000 - $115,000, plus quarterly performance bonuses based on department revenue and profitability.Legal Disclaimer: Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
