The deep learning processor is designed to fit into a multitude of smart machines and devices, impacting a multitude of sectors including automotive, industry 4.0, smart cities, smart homes, and retail. The company was founded in 2017 by members of the Israel Defense Forces elite technology unit.
As a Sales Manager for Hailo in the Bay Area, you will be the key sales figure leading Hailo's engagements with targeted customers. You will be the direct point of contact for our customers, managing the overall engagement at your customers and driving Hailos technology to mass deployment in North America.
**Responsibilities**
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* /markets potential, track sales and status reports
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
* Continuously improve through feedback
**Requirements**
* A minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in Technology
* Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
* Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
* Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
* Experience in Embedded Systems
* Experience in Edge AI, Security, or Image Processing
