Our client company, a rapidly-growing and very successful manufacturer of large, specialty construction products used primarily for Civil Engineering Projects, is looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join the team at its Charlotte-area manufacturing facility. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working directly with customers on various projects to ensure assigned projects flow smoothly and go according to customer specification. The company is offering competitive pay and a full suite of benefits. Primary responsibilities include:
Keeping good contact with customers before, during, and after project installations;
Keeping track of project flow;
Documenting material/labor for any given project to ensure accuracy;
Complying with local, state, and federal safety guidelines;
Effectively communicating with customers to establish and define requirements on all projects;
Preparing bids and proposals;
Providing project reports;
To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:
Experience in projects in the general construction field;
Experience in estimating is a plus;
Experience in blueprint reading and interpretation;
Proficiency in MS Office;
2 or 4 Year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in engineering;
