About the Role
Rich Data Co is a cloud native AI Decisioning company whose purpose is financial inclusion and increasing global access to credit. As we look to expand in North America and grow our world-class team, we are seeking a seasoned Executive Leader to join our North America team to be the General Manager of our North America Business.
This leadership role will involve the following key accountabilities:
Work with Chief Revenue Office in ensuring the revenue targets are met and over-achieved through sales to new customers, and expanding options to existing accounts.
This includes owning and managing the P&L for the North America market
Planning of sales and go-to-market strategies, the unique positioning of our products in contrast to the current North America marketplace and competitors and the demonstration of the business opportunities.
Work closely with the RDC teams & strategic partners such as nCino, Accenture to effectively manage the sales cycle for the North America market to include: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development and closing sales for ANZ territory.
Identify market opportunities, business-related risks and barriers while suggesting solutions and recommendations.
Report and analyze competition and customer resistance issues with possible solutions and recommendations.
Developing an expert knowledge of our product offerings and AI as a Service platform.
Thought leader for the RDC Credit Solution practice including hiring and developing world-class talent as we rapidly expand in North America.
Tackle business problems and drive business decisions with Data Science solutions including Machine Learned models within the Business Lending domain.
Provide Executive sponsorship of key projects within SMB and Commercial Lending
Partner with teams across the organization to successfully deliver to our customer requirements.
Support Sales, Client Advisory and Client Delivery teams to achieve expected business outcomes as agreed with our clients.
Set-up and lead the following delivery functions for RDC within North America: Hire and support the development of the customer delivery team to ensure successful delivery of RDC software & solutions
Hire and support the development of the RDC Data Science Operations to ensure successful delivery of RDC software & solutions
Hire and support the development of the customer support team to ensure future customer success of RDC software
Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade conferences or customer workshops.
Work in sync with the product development team to develop sustainable and commercially viable products to launch.
