Base Schedule 6:00am – 2:30pm Not including Overtime
The Frame Inspector team member is responsible for verifying that frame quality and hardware specifications are correct according to product specifications.
The Frame Inspector works with the Production team to ensure all work orders are assembled and packed per schedule. The Frame Inspector may be cross-trained in a variety of positions.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
Review work orders to verify quality of material and finished product to ensure product accuracy.
Ensure hardware is complete and functional according to work order before packaging is complete.
Identify aesthetic issues and exercise independent judgment to determine pass/fail utilizing Dirt Chart.
Perform housekeeping and preventative maintenance responsibilities as needed.
Responsible for following documented procedures as well as producing and ensuring product meets or exceeds established product specifications.
Work safely to ensure employees do not incur bodily harm.
Use care and respect to ensure equipment and/or property is not damaged.
Position Requirements
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
Able to lift up to 75 pounds
Able to repeatedly bend, lift, and twist
Able to work flexible hours when required to meet customer demands
Able to read and understand work instructions and work orders in English
Have excellent communication skills
Able to read blueprints & templates
Have strong math skills
Able to read a tape measure accurately
Have basic computer knowledge
Have strong attention to detail
Willingness and ability to cross-train into all assembly positions
Have demonstrated excellent attendance
Have reliable transportation
3 months of previous Tubelite door fabrication experience strongly preferred
