This position requires operations experience, project management skills, business acumen and strategic expertise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee recruiting of local market practice managers and non-provider clinical staff
Partner with National Practice Director to oversee physical clinic standups and operations.
Develop and execute mobile and satellite strategy.
Oversee practice management and clinical ancillary staff in new markets
Oversee clinical dashboard development and quantitative operational reporting tools.
Oversee billing and revenue cycle management across the enterprise.
Support new clinic site selection initiatives.
Implement operational excellence initiatives and LEAN methodologies across markets
Oversee and optimize customer service across markets.
Track, manage, and optimize clinical/operational KPIs. Implement metrics, scorecards, and initiatives to drive improvement toward shared goals.
Work with regulatory team on ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations.
Oversee and monitor credentialing efforts to ensure timely credentialing across all payers.
Support growth staff with member acquisition initiatives
Help with selection of IT tools and subsequent implementation of respective IT services.
Oversee project management capabilities across the enterprise.
QUALITIES & ABILITIES: 15+ years’ experience in Healthcare Services Operations, Project Management or integration.
Strong understanding and experience with Patient & Provider Satisfaction Assessments, Employee Engagement, and CMS / Quality Metrics.
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with an ability to synthesize and effectively communicate at all levels.
Strong ability to use all Microsoft office products, including experience in developing detailed PowerPoint presentations, excel worksheets and operational dashboards
An engaging personality with the ability to negotiate win/win outcomes
EXPERIENCE: Minimum: 10+ years’ experience in Healthcare Services Operations and Project Management with track record of progression
Previous military service / connections / experiences are desirable.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
Master’s degree in business, finance, health care administration or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent work experience is also desirable.
COMPENSATION: Annual Salary
