Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain social media accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, and Discord.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content and increase organic reach.
Write and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets.
Craft technical and storytelling content that effectively communicates our brand message.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, SEO, and digital marketing.
Proven track record of getting content featured in top tech online magazines.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience with PR and press release distribution.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the tech industry or a related field.
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions.
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
