Description:
+ Handle day-to-day project requirements
+ Assist Project Manager's or Senior Project Manager's with project tasks
+ Handle submittals, RFI's, change orders, and other subcontractor or owner coordination
+ Coordinate with on-site Superintendent staff in regards to schedules, project progress, and more
+ Utilize and organize documents in construction software
+ Assist with project drawing coordination
+ Lead or assist with job site meetings which can require traveling to jobsites
+ Assist with comprehensive project schedules in MS Project
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture preferred, Construction Management secondary
+ Experience with a General Contractor or Developer working on large projects ground-up or larger renovations preferred
+ Industrial/Warehouse/Distribution Project Experience would be a plus
+ Experience with Construction software's such as MS Project, Procore, Prolog, or CMiC
+ Ability to travel to jobsites requiring overnight stays at times
