WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for a Data & Machine Learning Engineer who will be responsible for helping to expand our voice technology and features to include advanced research and projects in Automatic Speech Recognition, that includes Acoustic and Language Modeling, and personalization. Projects include voice recognition, language recognition, speech enhancement to name a few.

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced research and projects in the following areas:

Automatic Speech Recognition - voice/language

Acoustic and Language Modeling

Personalization

Speech Enhancement

Other projects as required.

Work on transferring research results into production.

Work on data preparation and collection.

Build new models and hot fix production issues.

Evaluate and benchmark developed models.

Collaborate with other team members and teams.

Collaborate with external team members and teams.

Required Experience and Education: 2-3 years of work experience.

MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science with Data science Learning background.

Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.

Android experience is a plus

Necessary Skills and Attributes: Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.

Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
