+ Track and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets across all channels (paid social, search, affiliates, CRM, etc.)

+ Review and approve marketing expense requests and invoices for accuracy
+ Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on budget vs. actual spend for leadership
+ Identify variances and work with teams to address over/under spends
+ Continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
+ Partner with finance to ensure accurate accounting of marketing expenses
+ Support ad hoc analyses as needed to inform strategic business decisions
**Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
+ 3+ years of experience in marketing budgeting, analytics, and reporting
+ Proficiency with Google Sheets
+ Experience working with Marketing
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent stakeholders and projects
