Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers by answering product and service questions; and suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for:
Processing and expediting customer orders and quotes via phone, fax, or email.
Providing assistance with technical support.
Supporting Quality Control with customer returns and complaints.
Performing routine customer service tasks.
Scanning customer orders and ship prints using.
Informing customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
Checking inventory control file for available stock to fill or manufacture orders.
Soliciting sale of new or additional merchandise.
Computing price, discount and delivery date.
Recording special types of shipping, packing or labeling required by customer order.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
1+ year experience or related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to exercise sound judgment skills and solve problems.
