Marketing Manager

Job Summary: The Marketing Manager/Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and events that enhance the company's brand, attract new clients, and foster strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to achieve goals.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Event Coordination:

Plan, organize, and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and product launches.

Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, registration, and attendee communication.

Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Handle post-event activities, including attendee feedback, performance analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in marketing and event coordination.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the Clean Energy sector.

Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies.

Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Benefits:

Competitive salary within the range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
