Job Duties:
+ Work in a team environment, either moving about in a retail store or at a booth
+ Speak with potential customers, share information about the benefits of Solar Energy
+ Schedule customers for a free in-home solar consultation
Base Pay: $15-16/hour
Average Hourly Rate Including Commission: $25-30/hour.
Schedule varies by your assigned store location, sample schedules include:
+ 9AM-6PM
+ 10AM-7PM
+ 8AM-5PM
+ 1PM-9PM
Training will be done virtually, over your first 3 days followed by 2 days of training in the field at your assigned store location.
