WHAT WE’LL NEED

The PMO, Transformation will be an integral part of the Transformation Team. The PMO, Transformation will maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently during the Wingstop Transformation Project.

Work on process improvement, cost improvements, and provide guidance during the course of the transformation project.

Manage risks/RAID log and flag key items for escalation.

Ensure execution of Wingstop-owned activities against the project timeline in partnership with vendor partners

Coordinate workshops/meetings to ensure cross/project alignment.

Own ongoing project dashboards/scorecards to share across the team and with leadership.

Manage vendor working relationships and project budgets.

Ensure governance structure for decision making is consistently followed.

Develop and implement a comprehensive plan that the transformation team can utilize to ensure effective change management and adoption of new ERP/HCM system.

Drive project implementation and ensure business objectives and goals are met within strict deadlines.

Collaborate with internal and external teams and facilitate cohesion & alignment with internal business teams.

Conduct regular reviews of project implementation, identifying gaps and providing team leadership with solutions.

Create ad hoc reports based on internal business needs that provide an overview of project progression.

Identify and leverage internal teams to help drive successful project implementation.

Manage resource readiness across the organization and provide proactive support to maintain project deadlines.

Provide insight into best-in-class business practices across Finance, HR, and IT during transformation project resulting in innovation for the Wingstop organization.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, finance, or related field.

8+ years of experience in Project Management, Consultant work, or related field.

Business or Functional Technology Transformation experience preferred.

PMP Certification preferred.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Highly adaptable to dynamic, changing environments and priorities during project and change management.
