Salesforce ArchitectArchitecture Design: Create comprehensive design documents, data models, and system architecture for Salesforce implementations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from business leaders and translate them into functional technical specifications. Technical Leadership: Guide developers, oversee code quality, and provide best practice recommendations. Integration Customization: Design integrations with third party systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Cloud) and configure complex solutions using declarative and programmatic tools. Governance Strategy: Define data security, performance standards, and environment management (DevOps/CI/CD). Prototyping: Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate solutionsRequired Skills and QualificationsDeep Salesforce Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform capabilities.Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce data modeling.Architectural Skills: Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS principles, system integration patterns, and security models.Experience: Usually requires 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or consulting, with previous architect experience preferred.Certifications: Often requires certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect.Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for executive stakeholders.
