Customer Service Representative

Position Type:

  • Contract
  • On-site

Required:

  • 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Aptitude to multitask and adjust quickly to changes
  • Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience handling inbound calls and customer inquiries

Preferences:

  • College degree or previous contact center experience

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on accounts
  • Respond with accuracy and efficiency, meeting key department performance metrics
  • Provide functional support in Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
  • Work professionally, team-oriented, and meet performance goals
