Requirements
• Understanding of user study concepts and awareness of consumer electronics development
• Installation of SW, FW and potentially unique settings via scripts across multiple product lines
• ble to unbox, update and repack units prior to transporting to DHx
• Experience in a variety of data capture techniques and testing
• ble to maintain and update organized lists of participants across multiple tools
• Follow up with participants to capture units and document their experience
Skills
• Background in preparing product for testing
• Understanding of Software installation and configurations
• Work across multiple tools to track progress
Success Criteria/Definition of Done
• Units are received, SW/FW updated and returned for distribution in a timely manner
• Participant lists and distributions groups are accurately maintained
• Capture requests are acted on quickly, with clear common and documentation is complete.
• Communication with the team is clear, effective and timely.
