Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a campus in Austin, Texas which is now home to our US operations.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
Work closely with Canva’s security team to gain a deep understanding of Canva’s security posture
Create customer-facing documentation and policies relating to Canva’s security posture and infrastructure
Create sales enablement documentation and conduct trainings to empower the Sales team to address customers’ security questions
Implement processes to intake customer security questionnaires and complete them in an accurate and timely manner
Attend customer calls to address security questions as-needed
Provide feedback to Security and Product teams about customer requests and needs
You're probably a match if
You have at least 3 years of experience managing security reviews, preferably in support of a sales team
You have in-depth knowledge of security standards, such as SOC2, OWASP Top 10, NIST, and ISO 27001
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the role
Canva is seeking a Security Analyst to provide support to Canva’s enterprise sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customers’ security assessment needs during the sales process. You will create customer-facing documentation to build trust, implement processes for intake of customer security questionnaires, and complete customer security questionnaires in a timely manner. As a key cross-functional partner, you will work closely with Canva’s Information Security team to maintain a knowledge base, sales representatives to understand their priorities, and customers to address their security questions.
