The Implementation Project Manager II (IPM) is a key member of the Installation Services team, responsible for planning and driving installations scheduling for our clients. You'll manage various aspects of installations, such as coordinating shipments, scheduling technician resources, ensuring access to client vehicles, supervising project progress, and resolving issues. In addition, you'll lead the creation of installation plans tailored to different account sizes and complexities, establish client expectations, generate work orders, and coordinate with Logistics for timely device shipments. You'll Get To:
Manage all aspects of product installations into client vehicles, including but not limited to accurate shipment of devices and accessories to be installed, coordination of technician resources to perform the installations, availability of and access to client vehicles, monitoring of installation project progress
Create installation plans for accounts of varying size and complexity, which meet client expectations as well as internal milestones
Own and report on supplier and client performance against planned installation activities throughout the entire installation lifecycle
Maintain detailed project planning records within our systems. Investigate, reconcile and resolve any data discrepancies
Serve as the escalation contact for clients on shipment and/or installation-related issues that work to ensure accurate and timely resolution
Function as the dedicated point of contact for specific accounts
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need: 3-5 years of experience in operations or planning / scheduling role within a high volume production environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Salesforce and NetSuite experience a plus.
Strong planning and time management skills
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Very process and detail-oriented with strong organization skills and ability to maintain and keep track of multiple information sources
Experience working in a cross-functional role with multiple key stakeholders and under tight deadlines
Experience working with clients, particularly juggling multiple client engagements at once. Ability to form successful relationships with clients, and possibly higher level leadership, required
Ability to work independently, think critically, and use advanced judgment and prioritization to problem solve issues in fast-paced environment
