FRBG -Senior Workday Human Capital Management Consultant
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
4-7 Years’ experience in leading Human Capital Management (HCM) systems implementations, supporting Workday postproduction support services, or as a functional leader at a Workday client
At least 4 Years’ experience in the following: Implementing and configure Workday solutions, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying business requirements across multiple Workday module(s)
4-7+ years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation, and upgrade experience
Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
Completion of at least one full implementation with Workday HCM
Responsibilities Leads the planning, analysis, design and configuration of Workday Financial systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise
Collects, analyzes information requirements and analytically and systematically evaluates problems of workflows, organization, and planning, and develops appropriate corrective action for configuration
Act as the SME for all Workday HCM needs
Be the escalation point for critical functional issues
Oversee all functional work streams
Work on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology package
Provide effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects
