Full-time Monday - Friday role
Starting Pay Rate: $22 / per hour (pay is based on previous experience)
Primary Job Duties
Processes all new hire onboarding via ATSincluding verifications of employment and guiding new hires through thepre-hire process
Keeps the new hire "Pipeline" spreadsheet up todate at all times
Provides welcoming first day experience for newhires
Maintains all employee files in good order, bothpaper and electronic
Maintains updated licensure in employee filesand in Paylocity as applicable
Monitors expiring work authorizations
Maintains I-9 files in good order
Maintains good working knowledge of HR policiesand practices so that he/she may accurately answer questions as they arise
Provides excellent customer service to employeesand managers, returns calls and e-mails as soon as possible and acts onconcerns promptly
Participates in annual IDPH surveys
Monitors uniform inventory and keeps inventoryin good order
Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma
Experience: One to two years relevant experience
