Unique Professionals who have at least 10 years of experience working on High-Rise and Mixed-Use Multifamily Buildings.
Experience and Responsibilities:
Significant knowledge of the complex technical challenges of High-Rise buildings, and experience developing High-Rise Building from early design thru construction administration.
Proven building and zoning code literacy.
Excellent team management and communication skills across a broad range of platforms and media.
Significant schedule development, maintenance, and keeping experience.
Excellent Client management and Client team building.
Strong sense of ownership of all work.
Proactively provide QC guidance and constructive critique.
Mentor less experienced staff, as well as learn from them.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in Architectural software, including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
Ability to cultivate a team environment.
Helpful organizational and time management skills.
Hand drafting and sketching abilities.
Passion for the work.
Preferred skills:
Construction Administration experience on a Mixed-Use or High-Rise project
Proficiency with Architectural project management software (preferably Newforma).
Experience with Deltek.
Client building and Marketing.
