Entry Level Commercial Lines Account Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial clients while assisting with various account management tasks.
Job Duties:
Assist in the preparation of insurance proposals, quotes, and renewal presentations for commercial clients.
Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other necessary information.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their insurance-related questions and concerns.
Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently.
Maintain electronic and paper files in an organized manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Assist Account Executives in the development and implementation of insurance strategies to meet clients' risk management needs.
Coordinate with other departments, such as claims and underwriting, to provide seamless service to clients.
