We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer with expertise in Syteline and a strong background in Manufacturing and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) machine programming. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in optimizing our manufacturing operations, leveraging their technical proficiency to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the Syteline ERP system to ensure seamless integration with manufacturing processes. This includes configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance to meet the organization's evolving needs.
Utilize Solidworks software to design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering drawings and models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Develop, optimize, and maintain CAM programs for CNC machines, ensuring precise and efficient machining processes. Utilize CAM software to generate tool paths, optimize tool selection, and minimize cycle times.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for manufacturing systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for manufacturing processes and systems. Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in effectively utilizing technology.
Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to implement best practices and innovative technologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience working with Syteline ERP system, with configuration, customization, and maintenance expertise.
Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering, with proficiency in Solidworks design software.
Experience in CAM programming, with hands-on experience developing CNC machine programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing operations.
