This role will be based in our Waltham, MA office on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in-office). This role will travel approximately 5% of the time. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.
Your Impact:
The Partner Success Manager position plays a pivotal role in in the overall success of our Channel Partner program and the value our members see by being a part of Buyers Edge Platform. This is a senior-level position that leadership will be relying on to hit their overall company goals. This role is waiting for your personal touch.
We are looking for an organized, proven leader, that can help create and streamline process. We do not work in a micro-management environment, so looking for someone to take the reins and help take this team to the next level. Experience managing to the numbers is a must. You are a proven leader, extremely organized, can streamline processes, manage time effectively while motivating partners around an exciting, new initiative.
Duties may include:
Be the key point of contact between Buyers Edge Platform and Channel Partners
Develop, service, and grow relationships with Channel Partners
Be responsible for building out the Channel Partner relationships and represent the company in a uniform manner
Communicate well with Channel Partners about products and offered services.
Build out process and automation of activities for successful and lucrative relationships with partners
Measure and monitor results of the Channel Partner members
Provide monthly reporting of activity and pipeline opportunities
Hold calls to discuss results and upcoming initiatives. Share best practice with Channel Partner group
Work on and initiate new opportunities and further develop existing ones
Create plans for growing market share and communicating channel activities
Work and communicate closely with VP'S on activities, opportunities and challenges in each prospective market
Ensure documentation of channel sales enablement and sales presentations
Salesforce.com monitoring and extensive use
Establish and deepen relationships with Channel Partners by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within Buyers Edge Platform
Conduct on-going meetings and calls to communicate frequently with Channel Partners on updates, information, concerns and suggestions
Serve as the Channel Partner's voice within Buyers Edge Platform
Proactively anticipate Channel Partners needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution
Identify opportunities for potential up sell opportunities
About You:
Minimum 2+ years Account Management/Sales Management experience, including remote or phone selling
Have strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
Tech savvy with strong computer skills a must
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proven ability to track, report and manage to dashboards
Efficient, detail oriented, and well organized
Must be passionate about the Buyers Edge Platform mission
Interpret results using various techniques
Ability to adapt to change and shifting priorities
Are flexible and thrive in fast-paced work environments
Want to be part of a team that's motivated by helping others and serving the best interests of our members
Salesforce knowledge preferred
Restaurant/food service experience preferred
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Ability to learn, use, and implement new technologies
Ability to learn and be coached
Ability to travel when needed
Not afraid to get their hands dirty to figure it out process
