We offer a base pay of $40,000/year + UNLIMITED commission! You could make over $100,000/year!

Job Duties:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the ammunition market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and network with potential customers.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about new ammunition technologies and regulations.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2 years of sales experience, preferably in the firearms or ammunition industry preferred.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.

Strong knowledge of firearms and ammunition products, including different calibers, types, and applications.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Willingness to travel occasionally to industry events and customer visits.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
