We are looking for a Database Administrator interested in working in a dynamic organization. As a Database Administrator on our team, you will help design and manage biBERK's database infrastructure.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the IT team with outstanding communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. As a member of biBERK's IT team, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technologies, collaborate with other exceptional IT professionals, and will be provided with the tools to perform your job to the best of your abilities You will be counted on to design and manage biBERK's growing database infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:
Design and manage Microsoft SQL server infrastructure
Design and manage Azure SQL server infrastructure
Design and manage Azure Cosmos database infrastructure
Configure Azure Data Factory
Work with other members of the team to troubleshoot escalated issues in Microsoft SQL server and Azure SQL Server
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Related field or equivalent working experience
4+ Years of proven experience in a database administrator or similar role
Ability to work from 8:00AM-4:30PM local time, this is currently a full time remote position.
Required Technology Experience: Microsoft SQL server 2014 or newer
T-SQL
Ability to write and understand Microsoft SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers
Experience working with Microsoft SQL tables, views and other core objects
Experience managing security and access within Microsoft SQL server
Ability to troubleshoot complex query performance issues using profiler or similar tools
Basic security concepts as it relates to Microsoft SQL
Preferred Technology Experience:
Experience managing Azure SQL PaaS instances
Experience managing Azure Cosmos database instances
Experience working with Azure data factory to move and transform data
In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - 110,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
