We have a great 50+ year old, well known global organization in need of an experienced CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROGRAM MANAGER for this fast-paced MRO ( Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul ) center in the beautiful OH / PA / WV tri-state border region.
As the CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROGRAM MANAGER , this is a " c ustomer facing " role that requires extensive experience working with customers to fulfill their complex manufacturing requirements .
You will manage full life cycle customer needs for high dollar, critical Mechanical / Electro-mechanical / CNC Machining / Manufacturing programs: capture requirements, work with engineering, manage schedules, budgets & manage costs, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction etc.
Collaborate with Production & Operations to ensure on-time delivery of products, improving communications + processes & policies as needed.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED :
Heavy customer interaction with full life cycle experience managing multiple $$ manufacturing programs
5 years experience within a Mechanical / Electro-mechanical / CNC Machining / Manufacturing environment
Leadership experience to manager & mentor a team of 20-25
Excellent Communications skills & the ability to influence change
US citizenship / Perm Resident status
