Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a System Administrator to sit remotely or in the tristate for a publishing company. They will spend 50% of their day handling level 2 ticket resolution and technical work. The other 50% will be spent configurating application within the Workday software. They will need to perform administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations. To be successful in this role they will need to Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions and business process workflows. Some example of tickets are "I'm unable to do XYZ in workday, or I have an error and an alert in workday and I don't know what this means. I'm having problems with the actual function of the workday application." This person must be able to perform root cause analysis on those types of issues. Some other tickets will be based around the following; admin or authorization services, setting up SSO and maintaining that, HCM, changes within the application, and connection problem with security groups.

Skills and Requirements

- 2+ years System Administration experience troubleshooting level 2 tickets

- Experience troubleshooting tickets for applications similar to Workday, ADP, Concur, or NetSuite, or any applicable HRIS applications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology specific field.

Salary range: 80,000-85,000 - Can go onsite to New Rochelle office

Multiple years of experience implementing workday software and answering workday software related tickets null
