Operations Manager

This is a remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
Process optimization. Responsible for overseeing business process to maximize long-term profitability. Monitor organization wide operations, identify wastefulness, and implement strategies to make operations as efficient as possible. Responsible for standards documentation.
Quality control. Ensure that the operations and services meet quality standards. Set goals, collaborate with functional teams, monitor quality assurance systems, and institute changes to meet customer demands.
Supporting HR initiatives. Align human resources practices with broader operational goals. Help determine staffing requirements and enhance workforce productivity.
Forecasting. Forecast needs, ensure alignment of supply and demand.
Financial management. Control operational cost, allocate resources, and partner with finance team to develop budget. Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting. Create detailed reports for sales, database, employee workloads, productivity, and performance to help leadership determine whether the current process and policies meet the organization’s needs and make necessary changes. Present reports on key Metrics.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or degree in supply chain management. MBA in business administration is not required, but desirable.
5+ years in a leadership role in operations management in a service organization.
Experience in data analysis and visualization, business analytics, quality assurance, budgeting and trend analysis, and project management.
