About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Security to provide executive-level leadership and management of all security departments, functions, and programs. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and maintaining a corporate shared service model that enhances governance, departmental administrative functions, policy and process standardization, technology deployment, performance standards, workforce development, and departmental budgets. This role also involves security risk reviews, mitigation recommendations, and the implementation of security measures. The Vice President, Security will be instrumental in the strategic planning and development of security services for new pediatric campuses.Candidates for the Vice President, Security position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in security, public safety, law enforcement, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a strong preference for an advanced degree and relevant certification. The role demands a dynamic and collaborative professional with a proven ability to build strong relationships, excel in a complex environment, and inspire others. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of security and crime prevention strategies, as well as the coordination with public safety, law enforcement, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission of the company and possess the necessary leadership skills to ensure a safe and secure environment in alignment with the organization's vision and strategic plans.
